100 g of peeled shrimps
2 kiwis, or as many as you like
1 pink grapefruit or orange
A little balsamic vinegar
Sliced white bread
Boil the peeled shrimps for about two minutes.
Peel the kiwis and grapefruit. Dice the grapefruit and cut the kiwi into slices.
Toast the slice of white bread. Layer the ingredients on the toast, starting with the kiwi and then the grapefruit and shrimps. To finish, sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar over the top.
