✓  If the kiwi is a little too hard for you, just let it rest naturally at room temperature for a few days until it becomes as ripe as you like it.
✓  But if you want to speed up the process, place your kiwi next to or in a plastic bags with fruits like apple or bananas, which produce a ripening gas called ethylene.
